From July 11th to 13th, the Munich Shanghai Electronics Show, Asia's top electronics industry exhibition, was held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. The high temperatures did not dampen the enthusiasm of exhibitors and visitors. Over 1,600 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors participated in this grand event. Xiamen VTC Technology was fortunate to participate in this industry summit. Our company's first business department showcased two trump devices - the relay full appearance and dimensional measurement system and the coil appearance inspection device, which attracted a lot of attention.

The system employs a unique approach of using multiple high-speed industrial cameras for multi-directional inspection. The inspection focuses on three major appearance elements: relay pins, adhesive surface, and housing. This effectively enhances the control over the appearance quality of the product, ensuring its quality. It also provides real-time feedback on any abnormalities in the previous production process, which is beneficial for controlling the production process.

The system employs high-speed industrial cameras for detection, making it suitable for online inspection of coil winding and solder joint inspection on the production line. It facilitates the detection of defects within the overall product caused by the production process, thereby preventing non-conductivity issues due to coil defects.
