On December 27th, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province received good news that the glass cover surface defect detection system independently developed by Xiamen VTC Technology Co., Ltd. has been officially recognized as the first major technical equipment in Fujian Province in 2021.

The VTC glass cover surface defect detection system adopts leading visual image acquisition technology, stable and reliable mechanical transmission and electrical control technology, multi angle coordinated lighting scheme, and a powerful and complete visual image algorithm software system, which can quickly, stably, and accurately identify glass defects that are difficult for human eyes to recognize.
After testing by Fujian Product Quality Inspection and Research Institute and SGS, the main technical indicators meet the requirements of testing accuracy<0.02mm; testing speed>1800pcs/h; Testing size: 4-8 inches; The missed detection rate is less than 2%; The false detection rate is less than 5%, which is better than the technical indicators of domestic products in the same industry.
